Advanced Monolithic Systems Inc. is a Privately owned company founded in October 1988.
- 1988 – AMS Starts as a design house.
- 1989 – AMS Produces OEM Products.
- 1991 – AMS Produces “AMS product line”.
- 1997 – AMS Incorporates in the State of California. Broadens product
line which includes Power Management to global markets. - 1998 – AMS establishes sales department. Expands sales force worldwide.
- 2000 – AMS operates from new Corporate Headquarters in Livermore, California.
Increases sales force globally. - 2003 – AMS Expands Engineering Facility and adds engineering staff.
