Founded in 1995, Jiangsu JieJie Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (a.k.a. JJM®) specializes in R&D, manufacturing, and sales of discrete semiconductor components and power electronic components. JJM is a high-tech and innovative enterprise in Jiangsu Province, member of the China Semiconductor Industry Association (CSIA), also member of Power Electronics Task Group of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association (CEEIA). Among the China-based manufacturers, JJM offers the most complete portfolio of “square” uni-directional and bi-directional thyristors.
JieJie Microelectronics has established a provincial enterprise technology center and a provincial engineering technology research center. Its products have a high popularity and market share in the domestic market.
