Slip Joint Bellows
We can produce metal bellows in sizes from 1/4″ I.D. through 48” I.D., and with wall thicknesses from 0.002” single-ply to 0.056” multi-ply. Our precision CNC machining capabilities enable us to maintain tolerances within a few thousandths of an inch.
Ameriflex, Inc.® manufactures bellows from a range of metals, including copper, Monel™, titanium, inconel®, hastelloy®, brass, phosphorous bronze, and stainless steel bellows. We primarily use domestically-sourced or DFAR-compliant materials.
In addition to our metal bellows, we also manufacture expansion joints, convoluted tubing, bellows assemblies, and more, giving our customers everything they need for optimum vacuum system performance.
