Variable PCB orientation

The attributes of the board-to-board connector series 9025 and 9026 with a 1.27mm pitch are compact, flexible and reliable . They represent an expansion of the W + P portfolio of circuit board-to-circuit board interfaces that meet the growing need for small numbers of pins with small pitches. Ideally, the two single-row series can be supplied from a number of poles of 02 contacts, with a maximum of 12 contacts.

A variable PCB alignment is a further advantage of the vertical and horizontal connectors available, so there are many possibilities to combine boards vertically, horizontally or at right angles.

Solid attachment to the circuit board

The integrated housing locking system of the socket strip ensures a secure connection with simultaneous reverse polarity protection, which is additionally supported by the guide edges in the inner part. Lateral soldering brackets take on the task of securely attaching pin and socket to the circuit board.

Contact pins as well as the double-sided spring contacts of the socket are selectively gold-plated, they can be used up to a nominal current of maximum 5 A.

Economical assembly

Special positioning aids facilitate alignment to a defined point on the circuit board. In addition, tape-and-reel packaging and the optional pick-and-place pad (9025 series) ensure economical automated assembly in the SMT production process. The insulating bodies are made of thermoplastic according to UL94 V-0. Reliable function is guaranteed in the temperature range from -55 ° C to + 125 ° C.
