The product line consists of conductive plated fabric wrapped around a very low closure force urethane foam core, and is available in a wide range of profile configurations which can easily be custom engineered to fit your specific application.

Waveseal Conductive PE Foam shielding material is designed for applications requiring excellent shielding effectiveness and low closure force. This cost effective solution is made from highly conductive, light weight, and tear fabric which has been plated with copper and nickel. Manufactured in sheet form the material is extremely versatile has excellent thickness tolerance, and can easily be fabricated into various shapes and sizes. Typical applications where waveseal Conductive PE Foam is commonly utilized include I/O Panels, Connector Gaskets, Backplanes and Access Panels. Conductive PE Foam is offered standard with Conductive Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) but it can be ordered without this adhesive as well.
